Victory Pest Management LLC is a licensed pest control company operating under Texas Structural Pest Control License TPCL #0961609. We provide pest control, termite treatment, rodent removal, bee removal, and related services throughout El Paso County, Texas.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed at the time of service. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and general business relationship.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the size of the infestation, property size, and specific conditions.
• A final quote will be provided before any service is performed.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice on the website.
• Termite inspection fees are credited toward the cost of treatment if services are booked.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Re-Service Guarantee

For qualifying services, Victory Pest Management offers a re-service guarantee. If pests return between scheduled visits, we will return to re-treat at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to services explicitly noted as including re-service coverage. Rodent exclusion and certain specialty services may not include re-service guarantees — ask your technician for details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform effective treatments, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property
• Ensure the service area is accessible on the appointment date
• Follow any pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technicians
• Follow any post-treatment safety instructions (e.g., re-entry times)
• Secure pets away from treatment areas during and after service

7. Limitation of Liability

Victory Pest Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pests prior to our treatment or for infestations that are reintroduced after treatment due to conditions outside our control.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
